Welcome to Zonoly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zonoly mobile application (the "App") operated by Zonoly ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using Zonoly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Zonoly is a focus and productivity application that helps you:

• Break down tasks into actionable micro-goals using AI
• Run timed deep-work sessions
• Track your focus streaks and history
• Receive motivational notifications

2. Account Registration

To use Zonoly, you must:

• Sign in with Google or Apple
• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be at least 13 years of age

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
• Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Share your account credentials
• Abuse or overload our servers (e.g., automated excessive requests)

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Zonoly and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

Your focus session data (tasks, goals, completion status) remains yours.

5. AI-Generated Content

Zonoly uses OpenAI's API to generate micro-goals. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated suggestions may not always be perfect
• You are responsible for your own task planning and execution
• We do not guarantee specific productivity outcomes

6. Subscription and Payments

Currently, Zonoly is free to use. If we introduce paid features:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to Apple/Google's app store policies

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• Are inactive for an extended period

You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings or by contacting hello@zonoly.com.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or data loss
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0).

9. Privacy

Your use of Zonoly is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
